Alison Edmonds paints mainly in oil and her work is an investigation into the passage of time, memory and the markers that punctuate our journey as we attempt to navigate our way through life. The artist studied Fine Art at Sheffield gaining a First Degree in 1981 and now works in a studio at Bates Mill located near the centre of Huddersfield. She has exhibited in solo and mixed group exhibitions and her work is part of private collections both in the UK and abroad.
