ASHLEY REAKS

Ashley Reaks is a prolific collage artist, musician (15 solo albums) and writer from Harrogate, who suffers from CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) from childhood abuse. Inspired by the DIY ethos of late 70s punk rock, he began compulsively creating at a young age as an expression of the trauma he experienced, and is still doing the same thing almost 50 years later. His collages have been featured on posters, book covers, fanzines, magazines, punk rock records and the front cover of the Big Issue. He sees faces everywhere.
