O. YEMI TUBI
O Yemi is a Nigerian born, US trained artist who lives and works in the UK. Most of his recent paintings are influenced by current political and social upheaval and he is inspired by the works of the Renaissance artists. Through his work he wants to evoke feelings and explore different aspects of life which he views as roses and thorns; sometimes it emanates the sweet aroma of pleasantness and sometimes it pricks and causes pain. He has developed a unique style whereby he uses roses and thorns within portrait paintings. O Yemi has exhibited across the world and received numerous awards.
