LIZ FOSTER

Liz Foster’s current work focusses on repetition and pattern, and is an exploration of colour and process. She sees her work as part of the ongoing discourse of painting, fixed firmly in the modern where painting must present itself anew. She has work in both public and private collections and has exhibited widely including at the Royal Academy, Royal Scottish Academy and at the London Art Fair. She also works as an educator, having taught Fine Art in both college and community settings. She is currently based in York, in the north of England.
